Since 2011 I have been guiding others in reaching their movement goals. I believe that movement is what helps us live positive and focused lives, and I want to spread my knowledge to as many individuals as possible.
My method of training is influenced by my Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology, along with certifications from the national strength and conditioning association and in Functional Range Conditioning.
Training starts with a conversation about your life. What are your goals? Do you have any experience with training? What are some of the things that can get in the way of you accomplishing your goals? What do you eat? How do you sleep? Then we assess each joint in your body to help establish a baseline for your musculoskeletal health.
Once lifestyle habits and joint capacity is addressed a strength and conditioning program is created specifically for you based upon our conversation and movement assessment. With body composition and movement check ins every 4 weeks we quantify your success every step of the way.
