Gaby

Gaby and I have been training together since the beginning of 2020. Gaby has been active all her life, and she came to work with me so that she could lose body fat but more importantly keep the weight off consistently throughout the year. Gaby had no trouble losing weight and staying active for the first few months of training, but she found that it was hard for her to stay disciplined and consistent throughout the year due to her active and busy lifestyle. We initially focused on tracking her nutrition, increasing protein consumption, and incorporating resistance training into her lifestyle.

She was able to lose fat and has since kept it off, with some ebbs and flows along the way. We are now focusing on progressing towards her goals in a sustainable manner, we regularly talk about how we frame food, calories, and activity within our minds. She has come a long way in her journey, and I am excited to keep working with her. To be honest she has helped me lose weight during the pandemic, and has helped keep me accountable. For one month we would do nightly food log check ins which helped both of us stay on track, despite the havoc and clusterf@#$% that is 2020. I appreciate you Gaby, and I can't wait for what is to come!

Sarah

Sarah and I have been training together for 2+ years now. Sarah first started training because she wanted to make sure she did not lose bone density and muscle strength as she grew older. Sarah was familiar with running and HIIT exercises but wanted to hire a professional to help her lift heavy and perform complex compound barbell lifts. She wanted training to supplement her ADLs (activities of daily life) like carrying groceries up her stairs. Lastly, she wanted to make strength training a habit that would continue for the rest of her life, so she needed someone who could motivate her and keep her accountable. Fast forward to the present day, and Sarah is one of the strongest people I have trained. When the gyms were open, she would regularly deadlift 1.5-2x her body weight! Her strength, dedication, selfishness, and ability to laugh at the challenges in her life have inspired me in my own life.

Roshan

Roshan and I have been training together for 1.5 years now. During his initial consultation, we discussed his goals, lifestyle, and expected outcomes from personal training. Roshan wanted to lose fat, gain muscle, and establish sustainable and healthy habits to ensure the changes last a lifetime. Roshan had tried HIIT classes, fitness youtube videos, and other fitness options. Still, he was unable to attain the goals he set for himself and wanted a trainer who would keep him accountable and provide him with a science-based/tailored exercise and nutrition program to match him as an individual. Roshan works at a local tech company where he would log 40+ hours a week. We worked together to set realistic health goals, which for him meant only training 3x a week but still staying disciplined on off days. He has been extraordinarily dedicated and consistent in the 1.5 years we have trained together, which has resulted in him losing fat, gaining muscle, and becoming a movement expert. Lately, we have been focusing on improving general health and longevity, which means walking and moving his body every day while working from home.

Andrew

Andrew and I have been training together for 2+ years now. He wanted to add structure, routine, and accountability to his busy life. Between a full-time job, running, golfing, and exciting social life, he found that he did not have enough time to prioritize training on his own and wanted a strength and conditioning program to help him stay consistent and aid him in being a better golfer and runner. He has been extraordinarily dedicated and consistent in the two years we have trained together, which has resulted in him finishing and crushing the LA marathon, increasing his golfing and running performance, and improving his quality of life. Lately, we have been focusing on a tennis-specific strength and condition program, emphasizing lateral movements, pushing patterns, and lots of core strengthening and stabilization
